Junior Class Secretary

The responsibilities of the Class Secretary shall include, but not be limited to:

  1. Assist the President and Vice Presidents in any aspects of the Class Council;
  2. Take minutes at Class Council meetings and send them to the Speaker of the General Assembly. If the Class Secretary is unable to do this, the Class Vice President of Operations will assume this duty;
  3. Schedule weekly/biweekly Class Council meetings, and update the scheduling system and make sure that all other Class Council Cohort members are aware of when meetings are scheduled and what their purpose is;
  4. Write the annual Class Council report, which entails keeping track of Class Council events and initiatives (taking notes on their logistics, etc.);
  5. Tracking all issues and ideas that arise at class council meetings;
  6. Draft semesterly, or ad hoc emails to the Class Council’s class;
